How to book your own hotel reservation via our partnership with Virtuoso:
Step 1: Click on the BOOK NOW button below which will open Jetset & Travel’s custom hotel booking portal.
Step 2: Click on “Hotels” in the top navigation bar.
Step 3: Enter your destination in the search field. Select your preferred hotel, then click on “More Details and Photos” to view rates and availability.
Step 4: When you’re ready to book, select the red “Book” button next to your preferred room category.
Create an account:
If this is your first time booking, you’ll be prompted to create an account and confirm an Agent (search “Addie Bell” if it doesn’t come up). Otherwise, you can proceed with payment information.
When your booking is complete, you should receive a confirmation email. Jetset & Travel will also reach out within 24 hours to send the official confirmation from the hotel. You will receive our exclusive amenities, perks and VIP status!
**Four Seasons and some other Brands don’t participate in this portal and we ask you to reach out directly when booking if it doesn't bring up rates for you.
Please note: all new Virtuoso accounts will need to be made from a desktop or laptop computer.
How to Book Directly
1) Tell us your travel dream | Click below to complete our information form and we will reach out to start an initial conversation. This will help us get to know you better, become familiar with your travel needs, preferences, budget and ensure the planning process goes smoothly.
2) Presentation of your destination | Jetset & Travel will use the information you provided to put together a custom proposal. We will work with you to make sure everything is perfect!
3) Confirm | Jetset & Travel will book hotel accommodations complimentary for you and provide you with a final itinerary. If you desire bookings for flights, spa treatments, dinner reservations, or activities we can assist with these additional details as well for an extra fee (exact fees depend on scope of services needed and can be discussed.) Prior to your arrival, we will contact your hotel(s) to confirm all details and to make sure they know you're an extra special VIP to ensure perks and amenities.
4) Travel | Before, during and after your travels we'll be there to help arrange every detail, to make your trip unforgettable and stress-free.
