Recently, I embarked on a journey unlike any other aboard The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, where luxury meets the high seas in a truly remarkable way. I will start off by saying that I have never loved cruises and I am NOT a “cruiser” but being this is a yacht was very excited for this journey!
The Magic On Board
From the moment I stepped on board, I was enveloped in a world of elegance and sophistication. The yacht itself is a masterpiece of design, with sleek lines and luxurious modern amenities. It felt like a true Ritz Carlton Hotel but on the water!
The State Rooms
My journey began in one of the stunning staterooms onboard. The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection offers a range of beautifully appointed suites, each with its own private terrace overlooking the sea. The interior design is a blend of modern comfort and classic elegance, creating a retreat that feels both lavish and inviting. From the plush bedding to the marble-clad bathroom (with two sinks), every aspect of the suite was designed with the utmost care and consideration for the guest experience.

Indulge in a specialty dining experience designed by Chef Sven Elverfeld of Aqua, the three Michelin-starred restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton® in Wolfsburg. S.E.A. offers an inspired European tasting menu in a sophisticated setting with a contemporary feel. Cruise dining has never been more refreshing. Reservations required, additional fee applies.
TALAAT NAM
Creative interpretations of Southeast Asian cuisine are paired with sophisticated, laidback luxury in this sleek, contemporary restaurant. Sit down at the sushi bar, enjoy a more family-style table experience, or dine outside and watch the day’s destination disappear with the setting sun.
THE POOL HOUSE
From a leisurely breakfast for early risers to late-night dining, this casual eatery serves a variety of cuisines prepared à la minute in an open air space. Enjoy a relaxing meal or casual bite at this inspired poolside restaurant.
MISTRAL
Come as you are, for lunch or a romantic dinner al fresco. The Mediterranean-inspired menu features fresh local catches, while prime cuts are prepared to order from the grill. The deck serves as one of the best views on the yacht to enjoy dinner or drinks.
THE LIVING ROOM
Guests will wake to freshly roasted coffees and baked pastries at the espresso counter and bar. An array of ready-made culinary treats is also available for day trips and late nights.

I will say that I did experience sea sickness since we had VERY bad weather and rough sea’s so you have to be aware that this could happen but 9/10 of the journeys people don’t experience weather like this.
