Unwind in Luxury at The Boca Raton Hotel

I just returned from a wonderful stay in Boca at the newly renovated Boca Raton Resort - I was truly impressed! Nestled in the picturesque coastal city of Boca Raton, Florida, The Boca Raton Resort is a luxury retreat that seamlessly blends timeless elegance with modern amenities.

This resort offers a wide range of activities, multiple pools, delectable dining options, and a plethora of attractions in the local area. Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or a mix of both, this exceptional destination has something for everyone!

The resort is made up of several different buildings, each offering a unique and separate resort experiences. In the blog below, I have outline the differences between each to help you plan your perfect stay!

Comparison between the different Buildings:

BEACH CLUB:

This building has oceanfront rooms and suites overlooking a 1/2 mile long private beach. This building also has beachside pools, multiple dining options and the only beachfront restaurant in the city of Boca Raton. The Beach Club is best for travelers who want the true beach experience and are happy to take a boat or shuttle to access the main resort amenities.

BUNGALOWS:

The Bungalows building is ideal for long term stays! These suites offer multiple bedrooms, kitchens, and washer and dryer units. This building is on the “resort side” but is more private and removed from the hustle & bustle of the main lobby building.

TOWER:

The most updated and completely renovated option! This building has a variety of rooms & suites…too many to list here…and is in an ideal location close to the main pool area, fitness center and restaurants. Enjoy complimentary coffee and pastries each morning in this private tower before you head out for the pool or your round of golf! (This is my pick!)

YACHT CLUB:

The Yacht Club is adults only (16+), all suite building offering water-facing balconies, private butler service and an exclusive dining experience on the top floor. The building was recently updated and has many options for connecting rooms if you’re traveling with extended family, staff or just want some additional space. This building is best if you're seeking privacy and exclusivity, but want to stay close to all the resort offerings.

CLOISTER:

This iconic main hotel is located harborside and has the lowest room rates. This is not yet renovated but the hotel will start updating it this calendar year. It is an ideal location for those who prefer to be in the center of it all - on-site shopping, golfing, tennis, dining and entertainment - including the super-fun MB Supper Club.

Activities and Amenities:

At The Boca Raton Hotel, you'll find an array of activities to suit every preference. Immerse yourself in relaxation at the world-class spa where skilled therapists offer rejuvenating treatments and top-notch pampering. Engage in a friendly game of golf on the lush greens of the resort's championship golf course, designed to challenge players of all skill levels. Enjoy a vigorous workout at the state-of-the-art fitness center (their classes were awesome!) or unwind with a leisurely stroll through the beautifully landscaped gardens.

Pools:

The resort boasts several stunning pools, each offering a unique atmosphere. Whether you're seeking tranquility or lively entertainment, there's a pool to suit your mood. Bask in the sun's warm embrace by the expansive main pool or indulge in a refreshing dip in the secluded adults-only pool. Families with children can delight in the playful “splash area” (basically an on-site waterpark) where little ones can enjoy hours of water-filled fun.

Dining:

The Boca Raton Resort is home to 15 different restaurants, catering to diverse palates. Indulge in refined American cuisine with a modern twist at their elegant flagship restaurant - The Flamingo Grille. For more casual ambiance, enjoy al fresco dining poolside where delectable dishes are served alongside stunning views - Harbor House. Additionally, a charming café offers a selection of delightful treats and artisanal coffees for a quick pick-me-up - Saddelle’s.

Local Attractions:

While the resort provides an oasis of tranquility, there are plenty of attractions and activities to explore in the local area. Take a short stroll to the pristine beaches of Boca Raton and soak up the sun, swim in the turquoise waters, or indulge in various water sports. Visit the vibrant Mizner Park, a shopping and entertainment district which houses upscale boutiques, art galleries, theaters, and an assortment of restaurants. Nature enthusiasts can explore the nearby Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, a coastal preserve teeming with unique wildlife and educational exhibits. Prior to your arrival, let me know what you type of Boca Raton vacation you’re looking for and I’d be happy to connect you to their exceptional concierge to get activities and dining reservations confirmed!
